Bosses Create the Culture

Leaders are key influencers and motivators. Creating a nurturing culture for families and employees first needs the boss’ strong support.

What is Meet My Boss?

This year, create memorable moments at your workplace for your employees, where children can enter a day into their Mum and Dad’s work lives! Meet My Boss offers a unique spin on ‘Bring Your Child to Work Day’ with tailored approaches to create a more meaningful way to promote a family-friendly workplace.

Organise Meet My Boss for your company and invite your employees’ families to meet the boss. Energise your organisation’s workplace culture today!

Empower Working Parents

When the team sees that their personal lives are valued, they are more engaged and ready to support organisational goals.

Stronger Team Spirit

Studies show that having fun together creates a positive team dynamic. Strengthen the chemistry of your team.

How Meet My Boss has changed their views

“We spend more of our time at our workplaces…when the children visit our workplaces, they feel what it is like when we are working. We are mindful that colleagues with families have another role to play after work.”

In conjunction with Families for Life's My Family Weekend, plan a meaningful Bring Your Child to Work for your organisation with the Meet My Boss toolkit and be a family-friendly organisation!

“We heard about the “Meet My Boss” programme and felt that it fits very nicely with our overall plan for the Kids @ Work event, as we wanted the kids to have an opportunity to meet our senior management team. Getting to meet our colleagues’ families strengthens our rapport with them and encourages better team bonding.”

— MMB Participant, United Parcel Service Singapore, 2018
